BBS offers students specialist qualifications in coordination and partnership with OTHM Qualifications. These certificates enable students to attain particularly advanced skills and competences in different fields that later on allow them to apply them in a specialized workplace.
Clinical Aesthetic Injectable Therapies
Qualification Overview:
These advanced qualifications allow students to produce the highest standards and quality of application for aesthetics injectable therapies. Students will be able to meet the satisfaction of clients with the best standards of safety, quality and elegance pertaining to a comprehensive range of aesthetic practices. Moreover, students will develop ethical values and learn about the professional work ethic present in the aesthetic sector.
Progression:
Upon successful completion of a level 7 qualification in Clinical Aesthetics Injectable Therapies students will be eligible for advanced degree studies in the UK and overseas.
Occupational Health and Safety
Qualification Overview:
Advanced qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety allow students to attain high level managerial positions regarding health and safety of organizations. From regulations to policy formulation and implementation, students will learn how to use the resources and skills available to them to put into action effective policies for the control and management of safety and health in organizations. In addition to that students will be able to apply risk management methods and learn how to perform under pressure in case of emergencies.
Progression:
Upon completion of a level 6 Occupational Health and Safety certificate students awarded by OTHM will be able to apply for the Graduate level of membership Grad IOSH. After that, students who are eligible for the Graduate level of membership will be needed to provide evidence of their practical skills followed by a professional review interview. Upon successful completion of the interview students will be eligible for a Chartered membership of IOSH (CMIOSH).
